PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE
LESSONS
From
January 1st 2008 all private and
semi-private lessons require payment in full at the time of
booking. Your lesson will need to be paid for in advance either
by cheque or cash. It should be noted that the cancellation
policy still applies (see below). We have decided to change our
booking system for the private and semi-private lessons due to
the increasing number of people cancelling on the day or simply
not turning up to a lesson that has been booked. As a business
we find this unsustainable.
If appropriate notice is given i.e. before
5pm the previous day the booking can be transferred
once only to another slot during the same week subject to
availability. If you cancel on the day or do not turn up for
your lesson then the whole fee is forfeited. Refunds are not
given.
GROUP LESSONS
If a group lesson has to be cancelled it must
be cancelled before 5pm the previous day, a fee of 50% of the
total cost is charged on group lessons cancelled after this
time, or for non-attendance of lessons. Therefore the current
cancellation fee is £6 for a
1/2 hr
group and £12 for an hour group.
GYNKHANA GAMES
Starting in January 2008 we are introducing
gymkhana games once a month, we will also be introducing monthly
dressage tests in February for the adult riders. Please ask at
reception for details.
